    I appreciate all of your thoughts on this. They do have a large team and you cannot underestimate the previous failures. It seems that taking the time to fine-tune the process has resulted in a great payoff. I don't know that many organizations have the stamina, though time will definitely tell. It is more of a must now than it ever was.
