    Aaron,

    It's interesting to see how communicators (PR firms, corporate communications) are slowly but surely adopting Twitter. The big question facing all of them is how to do it properly and in a way that adds to the conversation as opposed to just being just another advertising/marketing vehicle.

    @Warren - Thanks. I think your blog is another fantastic resource on how companies can engage authentically on Twitter.

    @John - Hadn't heard of that. I'll certainly check it out.

    @Mark - Therein lies the challenge. I think it's going to take some solid research, some trial and error and the ability to measure ROI (whatever that might be) before we see the majority of companies participate in a meaningful way. But we'll get there.
